THE JOB: Ben jij de architect die graag een 360-view heeft. Heart for sustainability Love for the BIM-principles? Creative yet technical? Jouw werkgever? een ingenieurs- en architectenkantoor, gespecialiseerd in de full circle: Architectuur, technieken met een bijzonder oog voor milieu, duurzaamheid. Jobinhoudelijk? Ontwerp van kantoor- en industriebouw. Betrokkenheid bij jouw projecten van A tot Z: creatief ontwerp - uitvoering opvolgen - budget - gebruik - ... Uitwerken van ontwerpen in 3D (BIM); Administratieve opvolgingen in orde brengen: aanvragen bouwvergunningen, overleg met de verantwoordelijken ter goedkeuring van projecten. Uiteraard doe je dit niet alleen. Jouw collega's ingenieur, interieurarchitecten, milieuspecialisten staan je bij. Master Architectuur met minimum 3 jaar ervaring als architect OF afgestudeerd en op zoek naar een stageplaats. Competenties: Creatief; Functioneel & technisch inzicht; Kennis BIM-werkwijze en 3D ontwerpen; Teamplayer: je werkt nauw samen in een team van 7 mensen Nederlands. Oog voor totaalprojecten, oog voor het milieu, oog voor creaties die iedereen aanspreken. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
