With over 180 indoor and outdoor pools, our Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring poolside safety and providing exceptional customer experiences. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Lifeguard to join our health and wellness team and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for: Ensuring pool areas are compliant with Health and Safety regulations; Conducting pool tests in accordance with company guidelines; Maintaining accurate documentation and records; Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent; A passion for health and fitness; Strong engagement, communication, and active listening skills; A team player mentality, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
