Senior SAP/IT Recruiter | International Tech Recruiter | Connecting Top Talents @ SNI SNI is serving as a trusted SAP Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide We are currently looking for experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with strong functional knowledge and German language skills to support and maintain SAP PP systems for ongoing production operations. The role focuses on system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization rather than new implementations. Location: 100% Remote Contract Type: Freelance / B2B Language Requirements: German (B1+) and English (B2+) Responsibilities: Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP PP modules across global production operations. Maintain and troubleshoot master data elements including materials, BOMs (Bill of Materials), routings, and work centers. Support production order management processes—order creation, release, confirmation, and capacity planning. Analyze existing PP workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose system or procedural improvements. Generate and adapt production reports and KPIs, monitoring order status, production performance, and resource utilization. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT) to resolve service issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience as an SAP PP Consultant with a strong focus on system support and maintenance. In-depth understanding of SAP PP master data and transactional processes. Hands-on experience in production order management and scheduling. Ability to analyze and optimize production planning workflows. Experience working with production-related reporting and KPIs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. German language proficiency: minimum B1 level (spoken and written). English language proficiency is also required.
