Overview Dexxter builds accounting software for freelancers and small businesses. Today, we help more than 18,000 users manage their bookkeeping, and every month thousands of new trials are added. We are a small engineering team (4 engineers + CTO) with a clear focus: building product features that are truly used, in a domain where correctness matters. We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer who wants to take ownership of product development and help think about how we can sustainably grow our system. What you’ll do Independently design and deliver features (frontend → backend → infrastructure) Analyze problems when things don’t go as expected Contribute ideas to improve architecture, reliability, and developer experience Take ownership of the product Actively give and receive feedback within the team What you build has an immediate impact on thousands of entrepreneurs. That requires speed, but also care, since we work with accounting data. Giving and receiving feedback is normal for us, in an open and respectful atmosphere where everyone contributes. Technical environment You’ll work full-stack in a serverless AWS environment. AWS Lambda DynamoDB SQS SNS OpenSearch Architecture / Technologies Node.js GitHub (source control) Ownership You’ll have ownership over frontend, backend, and infrastructure. You don’t need to know everything already; what matters most is that you can work independently and enjoy learning. Job requirements Mentions What we’re looking for This is a senior role. As a guideline, we’re thinking of more than 7 years of experience in software development.
