Als Sales Consultant bent u verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling, operationele opvolging en groei van consultancyactiviteiten binnen de IT- en technologiesector.U combineert business development, klantenbeheer en talentrekrutering om duurzame partnerships en succesvolle projecten te realiseren.FunctieOntwikkelt nieuwe businesskansen: u voert actieve prospectie en bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten en strategische accounts.Bepaalt en implementeert commerciële strategieën: u richt zich op consultancyprojecten en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar op maat gemaakte oplossingen.Begeleidt klanten doorheen de volledige commerciële cyclus: van behoefteanalyse tot voorstel, onderhandeling en contractafsluiting.Adviseert klanten op strategisch niveau: u denkt mee over hun uitdagingen en personeelsplanning.Selecteert en matcht consultants met klantprojecten: u zorgt voor een optimale inzet van talenten binnen lopende en toekomstige opdrachten.Beheert onderhandelingen en prijszetting: u streeft naar rendabiliteit zonder concessies te doen aan klanttevredenheid.Volgt commerciële en operationele prestaties op: u analyseert KPI’s, rapporteert resultaten en draagt actief bij aan de groei van de organisatie.Beheert een portefeuille van klanten en consultants: u garandeert kwaliteit, continuïteit en langdurige samenwerking.Profiel gezochtOndernemend en resultaatgericht: u denkt strategisch, handelt met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt doelgericht aan groei.Ervaring in business development & consultancy: u detecteert opportuniteiten en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op.Rekruteringsvaardig: u begrijpt het belang van talentmatching en weet de juiste profielen aan te trekken.Sterk in communicatie en relatiebeheer: u communiceert helder en overtuigend met klanten en consultants.Onderhandelingsvaardig: u vindt het juiste evenwicht tussen commerciële doelstellingen en klanttevredenheid.Autonoom en gestructureerd: u werkt zelfstandig, efficiënt en met oog voor kwaliteit en resultaten.Spreekt deze functie je aan?
