Wie we zijn?

En groeien doen we zelf ook. Hierdoor zijn we voor onze Business Unit Business Consulting op zoek naar een Supply Chain Consultant.

  • Je ondersteunt onze klanten (vooral in Vlaanderen) bij het aansturen en verbeteren van hun supply chain & operations met een eerste focus op planning.
  • Je projecten situeren zich voornamelijk binnen Demand & Supply Planning. Dit kan verder uitgebreid worden naar Aankoop & Inventory Management, Production & Quality Operations, Distribution & Logistics Coordination.
  • Als procesgericht persoon ontwikkel je voorstellen om de manier van werken van onze klanten te verbeteren en implementeer je deze verbeteringen samen met onze klanten.
  • Je houdt ervan grote data-sets te analyseren en je gaat aan de slag met de gekende office tools (Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word, Outlook, ...), maar ook met ERP (bvb. SAP), Planning Systemen (APO, OMP+, Arkieva, ...), Spreadsheets en Business Intelligence tools.
  • Je communiceert op een heldere, natuurlijke manier over de vooruitgang van je opdracht en je bouwt goede relaties op met je klant. Je bereidt presentaties voor en stelt die ook met zelfvertrouwen voor aan de klant.
  • Je identificeert proactief nieuwe opportuniteiten en door je hands-on mentaliteit overtuig je de klant.
  • Je werkt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en innovatie van onze supply chain en business transformation services.

Waar maak jij het verschil?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of een universitair diploma in een economische richting (Handelsingenieur, TEW, Handelswetenschappen) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring voorleggen binnen Supply Chain, specifiek binnen Demand & Supply Planning.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de pharma of medical technologie is een sterke plus.
  • Je hebt een sterke drive om onze klanten te helpen: of het nu gaat om een operationele missie of een verbeterproject, je begrijpt dat beide even belangrijk zijn voor onze klanten, jouw ontwikkeling en ons bedrijf.
  • Daarnaast spreek je zeer vlot het Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Je kan goed luisteren en communiceert op een heldere manier.

  • Ontwikkel je skills door de verschillende types van opdrachten die wij uitvoeren voor onze klanten: van support in het hart van de operaties, tot het ontwikkelen van Planning Systemen en het verbeteren van de processen in de domeinen Planning, Aankoop, Productie en Distributie. Maar ook: Business Analytics en de Digital Supply Chain.
  • Neem een zeer sterk trainings- en ontwikkelingsprogramma op: MOORE is een geaccrediteerde APICS-partner en daarom zullen we je APICS CPIM-trainingscursussen bieden, evenals vele andere, zoals Lean Management, Six Sigma, Project Management.
