Select HR recrute pour son client, actif dans la fabrication d'éléments en béton préfabriqués, son futur responsable du service technique.
Dans cette entreprise familiale d'une cinquantaine de personnes, votre mission comprend la gestion de la maintenance, l'amélioration des équipements et le développement des projets.
Il s'agit donc d'une fonction à 70% de terrain et à 30% de gestion de projets.
En tant que responsable technique vous :
- gérez la maintenance préventive et curative et l'analyse technique des dysfonctionnements des équipements de production (moule en acier, pont-roulant, centrale à béton, chariot, bull, etc.);
- êtes une personne ressource pour votre équipe de 3 techniciens. Vous distribuez le travail, gérez le day to day avec eux;
- avez sous votre responsabilité la gestion des infrastructures ainsi que des inspections réglementaires et du suivi des installations publiques (électricité, air comprimé, eau, gaz, etc.);
- développez et rédigez les procédures de maintenance et les instructions de travail en production;
- suivez de près les prestations des sous-traitants réguliers (mécanique) ou ponctuels pour les arrêts maintenance;
- étudiez, développez, implémentez et faites le suivi des projets d'amélioration tels que de nouveaux outils de production, l'implémentation d'une nouvelle centrale à béton, etc.;
- collaborez avec les différents collègues techniques du groupe ou avec des partenaires externes concernant les projets d'amélioration du site.
Profil
- De formation technique (Bac, ingénieur, etc.) en électromécanique avec, au minimum, une première expérience pertinente pour mener à bien cette fonction.
- Vous possédez des compétences techniques en mécanique, pneumatique, hydraulique et électricité, etc.
- Vous aimez être sur le terrain (extérieur, hall de production, poussière) et vous n'hésitez pas à mettre la main à la pâte le cas échéant.
- Vous êtes orienté amélioration continue et votre approche pragmatique vous permet d'optimiser les méthodes de travail.
- Vous êtes curieux, créatif et orienté solution.
- Votre sens de l'organisation vous permet de mener plusieurs projets en même temps.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et vous communiquez aisément.
- Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français; des connaissances en néerlandais sont un atout.
