Yuzzu maakt deel uit van de AXA Groep in België.
Yuzzu is momenteel op zoek naar een Data Protection Officer & SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Compliance
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het lid van het directiecomité van Yuzzu dat verantwoordelijk is voor Data Protection en Compliance, en je hebt een dotted line met de Compliance Officer van AXA Belgium, die de compliancefunctie van AXA uitoefent.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de experts van de compliancefunctie van AXA Belgium en met alle teams van Yuzzu, in het bijzonder de teams Marketing, Partnerschappen, Productontwikkeling, Verkoop en Contractbeheer.
- Mogelijkheid om meteen met een contract van onbepaalde duur te worden aangeworven

Wat zijn je belangrijkste doelstellingen?
Als DPO:
- Je helpt het management van Yuzzu om de naleving van de AVG en de regelgeving rond AI te waarborgen, met inachtneming van de vereisten voor de verzekeringssector
- Zowel voor interne medewerkers als voor externe stakeholders ben je het aanspreekpunt. Op termijn werk je ook samen met de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit
Als Single Point of Contact Compliance:
- Op basis van de instructies die je krijgt van het complianceteam van AXA Belgium, zorg je mee voor de identificatie, de beoordeling en het beheer van het compliancerisico
Als verantwoordelijke van het governancekader van Yuzzu:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het governancekader van Yuzzu afgestemd is op de toepasselijke standaarden en de desbetreffende beleidslijnen van de AXA Groep
Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
Als Single Point of Contact Compliance (en DPO):
Onder het toezicht en de controle van de Compliance Officer van AXA Belgium, werk je mee aan :
- Het identificeren en beoordelen van de risico's van niet-conformiteit binnen de organisatie
- Het uitwerken en actualiseren van conformiteitsrichtlijnen en -procedures
- De opleiding van het personeel rond conformiteitsnormen en de toepasselijke regelgeving
- Het uitvoeren van interne controles om na te gaan of de conformiteitsbeleidslijnen worden nageleefd
- Het opvolgen van de ontwikkelingen van de wet- en regelgeving die relevant is voor de onderneming
- Het verstrekken van advies aan de werknemers en de directie over conformiteitskwesties
- Het analyseren van gevallen van niet-conformiteit en het aanbevelen van corrigerende maatregelen
- Het opstellen van conformiteitsverslagen voor de directie ne de raad van bestuur
Als DPO:
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie zich houdt aan de wet- en regelgeving rond bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer en artificiële intelligentie (AI) Hiervoor voer je jaarlijks evaluatie van de conformiteit inzake AVG + AI-normen uit voor de hele structuur
- Je werkt actief mee aan comités met betrekking tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens of gelijkaardige comités
- Je coördineert en helpt de organisatie bij de actualisering van het register van verwerkingsactiviteiten
- Je voert analyses uit, geeft advies en begeleidt de verschillende teams van Yuzzu bij de uitvoering van regels op het vlak van gegevensbescherming
- Je staat in voor het beheer van aanvragen van betrokkenen (dat wil zeggen recht van inzage, rectificatie, wissing of andere gelijkaardige aanvragen)
- Je doet regelmatig een opvolging van de operationele activiteiten over de verwerkingen van persoonsgegevens die rechtstreeks door Yuzzu en onrechtstreeks door derden/leveranciers worden uitgevoerd
- Je coördineert en beheert de antwoorden op incidenten waarbij persoonsgegevens betrokken zijn
Daarnaast werk je met andere departementen samen om conformiteit te integreren in operationele processen.
Om ervoor te zorgen dat het governancekader van Yuzzu afgestemd is op de toepasselijke standaarden en de desbetreffende beleidslijnen van de AXA Groep:
- Analyseer en begrijp je de governancestandaarden die van toepassing zijn bij de AXA Groep en de specifieke vereisten voor Yuzzu
- Werk je mee aan de uitwerking, implementatie en actualisering van de beleidslijnen van Yuzzu om ervoor te zorgen dat ze conform de standaarden van de AXA Groep zijn
- Doe je een regelmatige opvolging om te checken of het governancekader van Yuzzu wordt nageleefd en conform de beleidslijnen van de Groep is
- Geef je de interne teams advies over best practices inzake governance en de interpretatie van de beleidslijnen van de AXA Groep
- Organiseer opleidingssessies om het management en de medewerkers van Yuzzu bewust te maken van de governancevereisten en het belang van compliance met de standaarden van de AXA Groep
- Bereid je verslagen voor de directie van Yuzzu en de AXA Groep voor met betrekking tot de governance en eventuele gevallen van niet-conformiteit aan de standaarden van de AXA Groep
- Werk je nauw samen met de verschillende departementen van Yuzzu om ervoor te zorgen dat alle beleidslijnen afgestemd zijn op de standaarden van de AXA Groep en dat ze worden toegepast.
Wat zijn je competenties/ervaringen?
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in de verzekeringssector is een must
- Grondige kennis van de AVG is noodzakelijk
- Je bent communicatief aangelegd
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en/of het Frans en het Engels. Kennis van een tweede landstaal is een grote troef.
