Job Role: A Sales Representative is responsible for consulting with customers from various industries, analyzing their requirements, and providing customized solutions. Key responsibilities include: Professional consulting of customers to identify their needs and provide tailored recommendations. On-site analysis of customer requirements and preparation of bespoke offers. Effective sales negotiations, closure of deals, and follow-up of open offers. Close cooperation with decision-makers and internal interfaces to ensure timely project execution. Customer Base: Customers from diverse sectors such as logistics and other related industries. Requirements: Commercial or technical training/apprenticeship or degree in business administration, sales management, marketing, or a comparable study program. Initial experience in B2B field sales preferably with technical products, investment goods, or services. Strong consulting skills, goal-oriented approach, commitment, enthusiasm, closing ability, quick perception, effective presentation skills, addressor-oriented rhetorical skills, dynamic, proactive, and self-driven personality.
