Training Administrator | Cornerstone Training Platform Job Description A global life sciences organisation is seeking a Cornerstone Training Administrator to support the implementation of the Cornerstone training platform within Operations at CHI Hard Capsules (CHIHC). This role involves ensuring the correct training curricula are in place per function, creating a follow-up process for training completion, and enabling production coaches and managers to use Cornerstone effectively. In this role, you will partner closely with production coaches and managers to evaluate, update, and implement training curricula, ensure all relevant information is available in Cornerstone, support audits, and identify opportunities to improve platform use. Essential Requirements · Successful completion of Cornerstone administrator training · Experience evaluating and updating training curricula per job role · Ability to implement training curricula in Cornerstone · Capability to make training information accessible within Cornerstone · Experience creating training follow-up processes · Ability to train production coaches and managers on effective use of Cornerstone · Support during customer audits · Strong organisational and communication skills · Ability to perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Requirements · Experience mapping potential improvements in learning management systems · Prior exposure to training platforms in production or operational environments · Strong understanding of training compliance and audit requirements Practicalities Start Date: ASAP Location: Bornem, Belgium Team: Operations/Production Coaches Scope: CHI Hard Capsules (CHIHC) operations Interested?
