Location: Uccle Compensation: €100,000 – €120,000 per year (negotiable) Your Responsibilities Provide support to the administrative and financial organization of the company and all its subsidiaries. Supervise and support periodic and annual accounting closings. Assess, optimize, and, where necessary, correct internal control procedures across the group. Contribute to the preparation of financial plans and working capital requirement forecasts for subsidiaries and the group. Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly operational reporting for the company and its subsidiaries. Manage and forecast cash flow on a monthly basis. Prepare investment budgets, profit forecasts (P&L), and monitor performance. Prepare annual balance sheets and income statements. Draft management reports for governance bodies. Organize and coordinate general meetings and board meetings. Oversee the administration of investment funds in which the company is invested. Manage the administration of Private Equity participations. Provide tax advice in collaboration with external partners and advisors. Your Profile You are rigorous, ambitious, and not afraid of challenges. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are well‑organized and structured in your work.
