Let’s shape it together. Job Description As a Drupal Technical Lead, you will drive impactful change and deliver measurable results. Your role involves not only implementing strategic initiatives but also identifying and nurturing new talent, expanding project scopes, and applying innovative solutions to ambitious projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include aligning IT systems and coming up with projects. You’re seen as a mentor for your team who’s always training and coaching to hit milestones and get things done. You can communicate these ambitions with cross-departmental partners, stakeholders and management alike, making organisation-wide collaboration possible.Proven experience with Drupal 8/9/10 is essential, along with strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL. Familiarity with modern development tools and best practices for web development is a plus.
