Senior Power BI Consultant

Overview Senior Power BI Consultant at Sopra Steria. PowerBI consultant to help clients solve complex BI challenges, build data models, optimize datasets for reporting, and develop user-friendly PowerBI dashboards. Contribute to the vision and development of the Data Visualization team. Responsibilities Collect data from multiple sources, build sustainable data models, and develop Power BI dashboards. Apply Sopra Steria BI methodology to improve the quality of reporting and visualization for customers. Collaborate within the Data Visualization team to share knowledge and learn from each other. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in data visualization with demonstrable portfolio or demo. Minimum 3 years of proven Power BI experience. Experience optimizing the performance of Power BI solutions. Creative yet detail-oriented, with knowledge of best practices and visual design principles. Act as an expert and coach others; strong communication with colleagues and clients. Good knowledge of data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C# is a plus. Passion for data visualization and potential to include dashboards/portfolio with the application. Knowledge of external tools such as Tabular Editor is a plus. Proficiency in English and very good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
