The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will participate in all aspects of customer service. Working proactively, organized, and motivated, you will provide an excellent level of service to customers, which includes daily promotion of Radwell's repair services, surplus, product distribution, and asset recovery. Additionally, you will need to:
- Establish relationships with customers and be the face of Radwell while working hard to provide customers with an exceptional business experience.
- Work with other departments at Radwell to determine customer needs and plan your daily schedule.
- You will mostly work alone in the field, but you will be part of a larger group working towards our common goals. To achieve maximum sales potential, you will need to collaborate closely with other departments.
- Being able to manage your own time is a crucial element of this role, as you will be responsible for scheduling customer visits and meeting commitments to existing customers and potential new business opportunities.
- A 4-day field work system, one day of remote work, or a visit to the company's branch in Saint-Trond.
About You
Being skilled in time management and possessing a strong collaborative spirit, you will bring your previous experience as an Outside Sales Representative to the position, meaning that the in-depth training you will receive from us will be complemented by your own knowledge and experiences. Additionally, you will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in French
- At least intermediate proficiency in English (B1 level or higher)
- Experience in sales or customer relations
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of people and environments
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
- A driving license
Furthermore, technical or industrial knowledge of the products and knowledge of the geographical area would be desirable. Additionally, if you are fluent in a language other than English or French, this would be advantageous for your application; Radwell operates internationally, so any other languages you may speak will always be useful in this role.
