Title - Test Coordinator Language - Dutch, French & English Location - Willebroekkaai, 35 - 1000 Bruxelles Duration - 12 months Workplace type - Hybrid (2 days/week in the office) Experience - 15 years Description: As a test coordinator, you are responsible for organizing and following up on test activities to deliver high-quality software that meets the requirements and expectations of the business. You work within an agile development team and coordinate the test strategy with testers, developers, analysts, and the business. You use your understanding of the technical environment and functional needs to define an effective test approach for the various developments. You define acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain the regression test scenarios. You also participate in some of the test execution work. You regularly coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team regarding end-to-end testing activities and acceptance testing by the business. You take the initiative to automate repetitive tests. Finally, you report transparently on the progress of the test activities and the quality of the developments. You provide daily guidance to 1 or 2 other testers within the team. Soft skills: Team player Communication skills Organizational skills Analytical skills Coordination and coaching Teleworking regime: The consultant works 2 days a week in the office in Brussels. The other days can be worked remotely.
