Ben jij klaar om het verschil te maken als Business Analyst in een organisatie waar technologie en logistiek elkaar versterken? In deze veelzijdige rol werk je op het snijvlak van IT en operations. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de systemen en processen perfect op elkaar aansluiten en ondersteunt de organisatie bij elke stap van de digitale transformatie. Beheren en onderhouden van het Transport Management Systeem (TMS) en aanverwante tools Analyseren en realiseren van systeemverbeteringen en integraties met interne én externe partners Ondersteunen bij operationele vragen en oplossen van incidenten Begeleiden van projectimplementaties en opstarten van nieuwe activiteiten Verzamelen en analyseren van informatie via observaties, interviews en data Ontwikkelen van workflows, specificaties, testscenario's en gebruikersdocumentatie Ondersteunen en opleiden van eindgebruikers Samenwerken met collega's, managers en externe stakeholders om continue verbetering te realiseren Must haves: Een bachelor- of masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)1 jaar relevante ervaring in de logistieke sector in een soortgelijke functie Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels Je bent hands-on, analytisch en communicatief sterk Je bent flexibel, betrokken, proactief en werkt graag zelfstandig én in teamverband Nice to haves: Kennis van SQL, XML/XSL/XSD, VBA, SharePoint en O365 is een groot pluspunt Je hebt affiniteit met digitale tools en procesoptimalisatie Een uitdagende functie binnen een toonaangevend en innovatief logistiek bedrijf.
