Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?

Als Digital Communication Specialist zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten vlot toegang krijgen tot informatie en ondersteun je onze digital-marketingcampagnes om zo het verkeer en de conversie van onze digitale kanalen (website, mobiele apps) te verbeteren. Dat doe je door beknopte, relevante en boeiende teksten te schrijven.

Je komt terecht in het dynamische 7-koppige team 'Digital Communication'. Dat maakt deel uit van het team 'Digital Marketing & Sales' dat een 35-tal medewerkers telt.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?

Concreet ben je als Digital Communication Specialist verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Content schrijven die aangepast is aan de verschillende digitale media van NMBS: website, mobiele app, e-mailings enz. en helpt je collega's die in rechtstreeks contact staan met de klanten, door hen gepaste oplossingen aan te reiken.
  • Teksten vertalen van het Frans naar het Nederlands.
  • Meewerken aan de optimalisering van de NMBS-website (op het vlak van inhoud en optimalisering van de conversie).
  • Productparameters instellen voor de online verkoop en contactformulieren ontwikkelen voor onze klanten.
  • Nieuwe functies implementeren en configureren op de website in samenwerking met de interne stakeholders (User Experience, IT enz.).

Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?

Toegangsvoorwaarden: Je hebt een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring EN je voldoet aan het hieronder beschreven profiel.

Technische competenties:
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring met copywriting/content editing. Je schrijft zorgvuldig, creatief en denkt goed na voor je iets op papier zet. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve skills (schriftelijk en mondeling).
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste trends en de best practices binnen digitaal georiënteerde copywriting (SEO).
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans (must). Een goede kennis van het Engels is een troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de technische kant van de functie (html, analytics, webform enz.).
  • Een eerste ervaring met een CMS en Google Analytics is ook een pluspunt.

  • Je bent klantgericht.
  • Je bent creatief, inventief en nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan zowel werken in teamverband maar ook zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt zin voor initiatief in combinatie met een pragmatische aanpak.
  • Je bent resultaat- en oplossingsgerichtheid.

Waar ga je werken?

Je zal in Brussel werken, op enkele minuten wandelen van het station Brussel-Zuid.
