Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems (Immediate Start)📍 Netherlands (main base) / Antwerp Office🕐 Full-time | Permanent🚗 €4,000–€6,000/month + Car + Fuel Card + Phone + 13.92 months salary + BenefitsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an adaptable and self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the fire protection sector. This role is ideal for someone with experience (or a strong desire to develop) in fire safety systems — particularly sprinkler systems — and who thrives in a hands-on, dynamic project environment.With a main base in the Netherlands and an additional office in Antwerp, you’ll manage exciting logistics and warehouse projects valued between €200,000 and €4,000,000. Projects typically involve close collaboration with an internal design engineer and teams of 6–12 subcontractors on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute fire protection installation projects across the Netherlands and BelgiumCoordinate with internal engineers for drawings and calculationsOversee subcontractors and installation crews on-siteLiaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and qualityMaintain budget control and manage project timelinesSchedule regular site visits (typically 2–3 days per week of travel, ~2–3 hours each way)Balance office presence (for team collaboration) with remote work flexibilityIdeal Candidate ProfilePreferred: Experience with sprinkler systems, either from a competitor (e.g., Aqua Security, ESP Safety) or within the fire protection spaceOpen to: Junior profiles with no direct experience but strong organizational skills and a willingness to learnStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and structure your own time effectivelyDutch and/or English fluencyValid driving license (essential due to travel requirements)What’s on OfferCompetitive salary: €4,000–€6,000/monthCompany car + fuel cardPhone + standard tools for the role13.92 months salary annuallyExcellent job stability in a financially sound businessA “small family feel” team culture within a larger group (now 700+ employees after a recent merger with Pyronova)Consistent project pipeline despite wider sector challenges
