Le projet:
Notre client dans le secteur de l'énergie cherche un(e) Change Manager pour renforcer son équipe.
Responsabilités:
- Définir et mettre en œuvre les actions de communication, formation et de stakeholder management nécessaire
- Créer des supports de communication clairs et attrayants (en collaboration avec le service communication et les analystes de projet);
- Organisation d'événements ;
- Evaluer les besoins et les impacts des différents projets et initiatives en cours en termes de gestion de changement, avec de possibles évolutions à prendre en compte en fonction des besoins
- Définir un plan de changement approprié en étroite collaboration avec le responsable d'équipe et les responsables programme / projets;
- Identifier les activités et les moyens nécessaires pour mener à bien les activités de changement ;

- Compétences organisationnelles développées (approche structurée, synthétique, accessible, précis, …)
- Capable de connecter avec tous les niveaux dans l'organisation dans des environnements de résistance élevées
- Etre présent auprès des équipes opérationnelles pour passer les messages, capturer les besoins et faire le lien avec les équipes projet et de direction
- Compétences de collaboration excellentes
- Sens aigu du business et des challenges organisationnels
- Expérience avec les methodologies de gestion de projet et du project lifecycle standard
- Application des approches et méthodes de gestion de changement, en particulier ADKAR/PROSCI
- Certification ADKAR/PROSCI
- Définition et Execution d'un Change management plan dans le cadre d'un projet
- Expérience en création de support de communication
- Expérience prouvée en CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Expérience prouvée en CHANGE MANAGEMENT sur PROJET de transformation
- Expérience prouvée en Stakeholder Management
- Connaissance en storytelling
- Expérience en gestion de résistance dans des projets complexes
