#Wanted: Associate International Personal Income Tax #Brussel Jouw functie Je maakt deel uit van het Personal Income Tax team, dat cliënten begeleidt bij complexe fiscale vraagstukken met een internationaal karakter. Je werkt voor een gevarieerd cliënteel, van multinationals en sportclubs tot CEO's, expats en overheidsinstellingen. Je staat cliënten bij in hun internationale fiscale verplichtingen en structuren Je onderzoekt de toepassing van dubbelbelastingverdragen, onder andere inzake inwonerschap en heffingsbevoegdheid Je adviseert over beloningsstructuren binnen internationale groepen Je ontwikkelt en implementeert equity incentive plannen Je begeleidt fiscale controles en procedures Je coördineert de wereldwijde fiscale positie van cliënten met buitenlandse partnerkantoren Je onderhandelt mee over contracten met fiscale implicaties Jouw profiel Master in de rechten, handelswetenschappen of economie Bijkomend diploma in fiscaliteit Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in (internationale) inkomstenbelastingen Vloeiend Nederlands en uitstekend Engels; goede kennis van het Frans is een troef Sterk in communicatie en relatiebeheer Klantgericht, discreet en betrouwbaar Teamgerichte ingesteldheid met oog voor kwaliteit en detail Wat mag je verwachten Een uitdagende functie in een kantoor dat fiscaal recht ademt.
