Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: , Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts...Als ervaren Scrum Master speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelteam (Java/.Net) waar je bij het realiseren en opleveren van projecten waakt over de Scrum-waarden. Je ondersteunt het team en de verschillende stakeholders om zich Agile te organiseren, bewaakt de Agile-principes en fungeert hierbij als klankbord en facilitator. Je stimuleert het team tot zelforganisatie.Je helpt de product owner bij het opstellen van een product goal en bij het effectief beheren van een product backlog. Je zorgt dat binnen je team de Scrum-evenementen plaatsvinden: sprint reviews, retrospectieven, sprint plannings, … Je ondersteunt het team bij het realiseren van waardevolle increments die voldoen aan de “definition of done”.Daarnaast werk je samen met andere Scrum Masters in een Community of Practice: een plaats voor inspiratie, peer-coaching, delen van ervaringen, …Tot slot ga je voortdurend op zoek naar procesverbeteringen en weet je ook het team en de organisatie hiertoe te stimuleren.Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de informatica. Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met Agile-methodologieën en een grondige kennis van software development en application lifecycle.Ervaring met het coachen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van (gemixte) teams behoort eveneens tot je basiscompetenties.Je hebt uitstekende relationele vaardigheden en werkt graag in teamverband. Je houdt ervan anderen te motiveren. Hierbij toon je een proactieve aanpak en weet je kwaliteitsvolle voorstellen en oplossingen aan te bieden.Je zin voor analyse laat je toe complexe problematieken te bevatten en te structureren.Tevens heb je een actieve kennis van het Frans.- Je krijgt een gevarieerde, uitdagende en maatschappelijk relevante job waarbij je bijdraagt aan IT-oplossingen die een belangrijke rol spelen in de samenleving.
