Als SAP Project Manager bij Flexso...

begeleid en adviseer je klanten in zowel greenfieldprojecten als hun move naar S/4HANA. Een succesvolle projectoplevering , klanttevredenheid en een gemotiveerd team zijn het resultaat van je betrokkenheid. Je bouwt duurzame relaties met kanten, collegas en stakeholders en haalt het beste uit je team. Je verdeelt de taken, coördineert en volgt alles nauwgezet op . Je werkt nauw samen met de solution architect en zorgt ervoor dat elk project binnen planning en budget blijft.

Bij Flexso krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid , maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je neemt initiatief en streeft ernaar om continu te verbeteren en bij te leren. Je bent goed in project governance, risicobeheer, projectopvolging en budget monitoring . Die kennis deel je ook graag. Zo ben je de drijvende kracht achter elk project, waar klanten én collegas steeds op kunnen rekenen.

  • Je bent resultaat - en oplossingsgericht .
  • Je bent flexibel , gemotiveerd en positief ingesteld.
  • Organiseren , opvolgen en projectmatig werken zijn je sterktes. Kennis van projectmethodologie (SCRUM, Prince2, Activate ...) is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een actieve luisteraar met een analytische mindset .
  • High-level inzicht in SAP/ERP- processen en/of SAP-technologiën. Kennis van tools als JIRA of MS Projects is mooi meegenomen.
  • Collegas en klanten kunnen op je rekenen. Door je team te inspireren , aan te sturen en begeleiden ben je de drijvende kracht achter elk project.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans , en ook je Engels is uitstekend.
