Als HR Data Administrator, sta je in voor het up to date houden van de personeelsplanning voor de organisatie met als doel de risico's en problemen met betrekking tot de geplande evolutie van het personeelsbestand te helpen anticiperen en bijsturen. Je ondersteunt zo de HRBP's bij het opmaken en beheren van die planning.
Je maakt deel uit van het HR BP office team en werkt nauw samen met de collega's van het HR Data & Reporting team.
Je taken bestaan ondermeer uit :
- De vereiste gegevens mbt het personeelsbestand aanvullen en up-to-date houden in de personeelsplanningstool zodat deze ten allen tijde overeenstemt met de masterdata in de geïntegreerde HR tool.
- De datakwaliteit van onze geïntegreerde HR-tool (Step Up) waarborgen.
- Het in kaart brengen en opvolgen van aangeleverde en ontbrekende data om de efficiëntie van onze recurrente processen te garanderen.
- De personeelsevolutie beheren en voorspellen. Dit houdt onder meer in dat je: een uitstekende kennis opbouwt van de structuur van de onderneming en alle wijzigingen die een impact hebben op de personeelsplanning nauw opvolgt, een grondig inzicht verwerft in processen zoals rekrutering en interne mobiliteit en de impact daarvan op de personeelsplanning begrijpt, rapporten interpreteert die de stand van zaken qua personeelsplanning laten zien om toekomstige en huidige personeelsbehoeften te beoordelen, en in staat bent om op basis van bestaande data conclusies te formuleren voor de HR Business Partners zodat de juiste acties genomen kunnen worden.
- Gerichte analyses ontwikkelen van de huidige dienstverlening en prestaties om ervoor te zorgen dat suggesties voor procesverbetering/servicelevering gekoppeld worden aan een geoptimaliseerde planning.
- Rapporten voorbereiden waarop de HR Business Partners zich kunnen baseren om het management te adviseren en oplossingen aan te bevelen voor implementatie.
- Meewerken aan de implementatie van een nieuw systeem voor personeelsplanning.
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur binnen HR, bedrijfsbeheer, data management of gelijkaardige domeinen.
- Je drukt je vlot uit in het Frans & Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, kennis van SAP Successfactors is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt graag met data, bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail.
- Je gaat graag op zoek naar manieren om je analyse efficiënter te maken.
- Je bent pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht.
- Je bent flexibel en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatievaardigheden.
- Je bent contactvaardig en een echte teamspeler.
