Graphic Designer is a full-time position (40 hours per week) specializing in graphic design and brand development projects. They are expected to be able to complete all duties of a Graphic Designer Intern with little-to-no training or oversight necessary. Graphic Designers that demonstrate a high level of skill and determination can progress into roles as Senior Graphic Designers.

The Graphic Designer position is available under Catalyst Collective's sister company, Momentum Creative Inc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Momentum or 3+ years of graphic design work experience
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
  • Self-motivation to complete tasks independently
  • High level of teachability
  • Commitment to growth and professional development
  • Comfortable working with a fully Remote Team
  • Degree/certification in graphic design encouraged, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work cooperatively with team to complete tasks and projects on time
  • Adhere to Momentum SOPs to meet and exceed project expectations
  • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with Content and Art teams to produce engaging designs
  • Develop design concepts that meet business objectives of the client and advance brand strategy
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel (brand personality) throughout all assets
  • Be available during business hours (9AM – 5PM ET) for communication, meetings, and questions
  • Stay current with design trends and tools
  • Consistently communicate progress on tasks through Teamwork project management system
  • Complete all projects as instructed by Art Director or Senior Graphic Designers
