Met het oog op uitbreiding van ons corporate finance team zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste corporate finance advisor in regio Oost-Vlaanderen. Je nieuwe job in 't kort Je bent verantwoordelijk voor M&A-transacties van A tot Z, dit houdt o.m. in: Projectmanagement (zowel buy-side als sell-side mandaten); Voorbereiding koop- of verkoopproces; Analyse en waardebepaling; Bijstand bij onderhandelingen (zowel buy side als sell side begeleiding); Uitbouw van een netwerk van potentiële overnemers/investeerders; Coördinatie due diligence; ... Je begeleidt cliënten bij financierings- en investeringsoperaties, maakt het financieel plan op, bepaalt de optimale financieringsmix, biedt ondersteuning bij kredietaanvragen, enz. Je levert financieel-strategisch advies aan ons cliënteel dat zeer divers is (KMO, Non-profitorganisaties, vrije beroepers, enz.) in samenwerking met onze collega's van onze accountancy-afdeling. Je zal actief meewerken aan de implementatie van nieuwe projecten en producten waarbij je inbreng in interne werkgroepen sterk gewaardeerd wordt. Daarnaast zal je regelmatig deelnemen aan externe netwerkevents en klantenpresentaties. Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair adviesteam (legal, estate planning, corporate finance, vat, tax) en houdt ervan zo een brug te slaan naar andere vakdomeinen. Iets voor jou? Je beschikt over een masterdiploma bij voorkeur met een financiële basisopleiding of specialisatie (TEW, handelsingenieur, handelswetenschappen, ...). Je hebt minstens 4 jaar relevante professionele ervaring. Relevante werkervaring in M&A-transacties is een belangrijke troef. Je slaagt erin de complexiteit van het overnameproces of een financiële transactie op een begrijpelijke manier te communiceren naar cliënten en houdt van een pragmatische aanpak. Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en houdt van een goede onderhandeling. Je bent efficiënt en werkt nauwgezet, ook onder tijdsdruk. Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een teamplayer. Je zoekt inhoudelijk interessant werk, je houdt van uitdagingen en innovatie en je kan goed analytisch denken. Je bent leergierig en bereid om vakkennis te onderhouden en up-to-date te houden. Je Nederlands is uitstekend, een goede kennis van het Engels is een extra troef. Wat je ervoor terugkrijgt SBB biedt je een zeer creatieve en uitdagende job met de nodige verantwoordelijkheid. Je hebt rechtstreeks contact met ons cliënteel en kan op die manier ook echt impact maken met jouw advies. Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair adviesteam (corporate tax, VAT, legal, estate planning, ...) zodat je samen met je collega's 360°-oplossingen kan aanbieden en cross-sell kan realiseren naar andere domeinen.
