SKINN is looking for a Marketing Manager who leads SKINN’s marketing and communication with confidence and ownership. Someone with a strong affinity for branding, strategy and content, who helps shape and position our brand in a fast-evolving, international landscape.You work closely with the CEO and founder, the creative director and content creators, translating SKINN’s vision and expertise into a clear, consistent and future-focused market presence. You help define SKINN’s public voice as a leading brand and strategy agency.Your roleAs Marketing Manager, you lead SKINN’s marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution. You combine strategic clarity with a hands-on approach and take responsibility for impact, coherence and quality.In practice, this means:Defining, executing and evolving SKINN’s marketing and communication strategyWorking closely with the CEO/founder, creative director and content creators to position vision, thought leadership and expertise in the marketOwning content strategy and planning across website, social media, newsletters, presentations and other channelsDriving marketing campaigns and brand initiatives from concept to executionManaging and optimising digital channels with a strong focus on SEO, SEA and GEOActively rethinking how AI reshapes marketing strategy, content creation, distribution and optimisation, and translating this into concrete workflowsMonitoring and analysing performance, turning data into insights and clear actionsInitiating and supporting events, talks and marketing initiativesRepresenting SKINN through presentations, panels and events, and moderating panel discussions and conversationsEnsuring structure, continuity and quality across all marketing activitiesYour profileYou are motivated by building brands with long-term relevance and impactYou think strategically, but take pride in turning ideas into actionYou are comfortable with visibility and responsibility and naturally take the leadYou bring structure and overview, even when multiple initiatives run in parallelYou take ownership and feel accountable for the bigger pictureYou communicate clearly and collaborate easily with management, creatives and partnersYou have a clear vision on the future of marketing and actively follow how technology, AI and media are transforming the fieldYou enjoy speaking in public and sharing insights through talks, panels and conversationsYour skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field, or equivalent experienceSeveral years of relevant experience in marketing or communication, preferably within a branding, agency or consultancy environmentFluent in Dutch and English, both written and spokenStrong organisational and communication skillsProven experience with content strategy, campaigns and brand communicationIn-depth knowledge of SEO, SEA and GEO and how they reinforce each otherExperience integrating AI into marketing processes and decision-makingStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic actionComfortable working with modern digital tools, platforms and marketing technologiesWhat we offerA creative and inspiring work environment with a warm, collaborative teamRoom for initiative, growth and ownershipFull-time permanent contractCompany carALAN health insuranceAnnual personal training budgetRegular creative events and inspirational talksCould this be a perfect match for you?If you feel triggered by scanning this job opportunity, let’s get in touch
