Your mission:
As a QC Consultant you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our processes and products. We're looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in analytical methods, equipment validation, and thorough documentation management to help drive our quality objectives forward.
What you'll do:
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Documentation
- Develop, update, and review SOPs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and maintain all documentation, ensuring traceability, accuracy, and readiness for audits and inspections.
Analytical Technology Transfer & Method Validation
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to support seamless analytical technology transfers.
- Lead the validation of analytical methods to ensure reproducibility and accuracy across all processes.
- Conduct thorough equipment validation for lab instruments, ensuring compliance and readiness for ongoing testing.
Troubleshooting & Investigation
- Actively participate in investigations related to deviations, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to uphold product quality.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting complex quality control issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, regulatory affairs, and production, to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvements.
- Bring insights from quality investigations to optimize processes and prevent reoccurrences, reinforcing our commitment to product excellence.
Environmental Monitoring & Lab Maintenance
- Ensure all testing and laboratory environments are monitored and maintained according to regulatory standards, creating a safe and compliant workspace.

Lab experience
- You have a first hands-on experience with QC testing or analytical techniques in life sciences or biotech
- You are familiar with applying high standards for accuracy and compliance.
Detail-oriented & analytical mindset
- Your focus on detail and your methodical approach to testing and documentation are essential in delivering consistent, reliable results.
- You spot potential issues early and have a knack for keeping everything organized and traceable.
