Your Impactful Responsibilities:

  1. Lead or participate in critical client engagement teams, driving the implementation and redesign of SAP Finance functionality.
  2. Dive deep into the world of SAP, developing expertise in S/4HANA and exploring related solutions like GRC and Tax.
  3. Become a trusted advisor to our clients, offering invaluable insights into Financial and Management Accounting processes within SAP.
  4. Champion our KPMG SAP S/4HANA Enterprise I Finance business transformation methodology, and contribute to our go-to-market activities.
  5. Transform business needs into functional specifications, capturing and translating client aspirations into reality.
  6. Gain opportunities to manage teams or projects, all while receiving expert guidance for your career progression.
  7. Share your knowledge through training and coaching sessions, guiding junior members of our IT GRC, Enterprise Solutions, and CFO Advisory teams.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Hold a Master's degree.
  2. Bring 4 to 9 years of SAP Financial experience across domains like Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
  3. Possess 3+ years of experience as a superuser or financial controller in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, ideally in a project-driven organization.
  4. Demonstrate a solid foundation in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  5. Have a keen understanding of Financial and Management Accounting processes.
  6. Any experience with compliance and GRC in SAP is a valuable asset.
  7. Multilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
  8. Excel in consultancy skills, building client trust and collaborative problem-solving.
  9. Thrive in independent work or as part of project teams, taking ownership and responsibility.
  10. Enjoy cultivating your coaching skills by collaborating closely with colleagues.
  11. Stay cool under pressure, exhibit flexibility, and prioritize client satisfaction.
  12. Possess one or more certifications in SAP ECC FICO or SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
  13. Embrace the challenge of an international environment and the possibility of working abroad when required.
