Functie Als Kwaliteitsingenieur ben je de sleutelfiguur in het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit binnen de productieomgeving. Je zal voornamelijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor het opstellen van de documentatie en ervoor zorgen dat alle productieprocedures worden nageleefd. Je waarborgt de kwaliteit volgens klantvereisten en procedures, inclusief naleving van richtlijnen en QM-systemen (IATF) Je stelt werkinstructies en keuringsplannen op Je maakt PPAP's (PSW, CP, FMEA, PFD,...) Je voert acties uit bij afwijkingen, inspecteert en verbetert de status van het kwaliteitssysteem en je rapporteert wekelijks en maandelijks over de QM-activiteiten Je plant, coördineert en voert interne/externe kwaliteitsaudits en FMEAs uit Je beheert QM-documentatie en begeleidt je medewerkers in het behalen kwaliteitsdoelen en -behoeften.
