Een dag in het leven van een consultant: Je start je dag op het kantoor van je klant… je kunt nog tijd hebben om te sporten, met je gezin te eten en iets te gaan drinken met vrienden – waar je enthousiast vertelt over je boeiende werkdag. Focus op de publieke sector: Je ondersteunt overheidsinstanties… Na goedkeuring van de voorgestelde maatregelen, neem jij het voortouw in de implementatie. De inhoud van je projecten hangt af van de noden van de klant en jouw expertise. What do you bring to the table? Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevant domein. Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels. Je bent proactief en weet mensen te mobiliseren. Je streeft naar oplossingen die in één keer goed zitten. Je zoekt naar betekenisvolle opdrachten binnen de publieke sector in Vlaanderen. Je uitvalsbasis is ons kantoor in Zaventem. Je kan een verbetertraject helder en toegankelijk uitleggen aan je klant. Je persoonlijke motto is “learning by doing”. Je hebt oog voor mensen én voor de complexiteit en doelstellingen van een organisatie. Je kan anticiperen op de (toekomstige) uitdagingen van je klant.
