Head of Port Facility Security Haven van Antwerpen | Groepsniveau | Executive role De rol Voor een toonaangevende havengroep in de Haven van Antwerpen zoeken we een Head of Port Facility Security die op groepsniveau het beleid en de strategische lijnen rond Port Facility Security uitzet. In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de PFSO-visie, governance en compliance binnen de volledige groep, in lijn met de ISPS Code en Belgische regelgeving. Je werkt op strategisch niveau, met impact op meerdere business units, locaties en entiteiten. Jouw impact Als Head of Port Facility Security ben je: Het strategisch aanspreekpunt voor Port Facility Security binnen de groep De sparringpartner van directie en senior management De link tussen wetgeving, risico's en werkbare security-kaders Je zorgt voor uniformiteit, maturiteit en toekomstgerichtheid in de PFSO-werking over alle sites heen. Verantwoordelijkheden (high level) Bepalen en onderhouden van de groepsbrede PFSO-strategie Vastleggen van security policies, standaarden en governance voor alle entiteiten Coördineren en ondersteunen van lokale PFSO's binnen de groep Toezicht op ISPS-compliance, audits, drills en risicoanalyses Adviseren van directie over security risico's, trends en prioriteiten Vertegenwoordigen van de groep in overleg met havenautoriteiten en overheidsinstanties Initiëren van continue verbetering binnen Port Facility Security Wie zoeken we Aantoonbare ervaring als PFSO binnen een Belgische haven- of maritieme context Grondige kennis van de ISPS Code en Belgische wetgeving Ervaring in een strategische of groepsbrede securityrol Comfortabel in communicatie op directie- en beleidsniveau In staat om kaders te definiëren en mensen te aligneren, niet te micromanagen Nederlands: absoluut vereist Engels: professioneel niveau Waarom deze rol Unieke strategische PFSO-rol op groepsniveau Directe impact op de security-architectuur van een grote havengroep Zichtbaarheid en mandaat op executive niveau Werken in één van de meest kritische havens van Europa
