About the Role
We are looking for a Training Specialist to support the development of our Aftersales team and dealer network in Benelux. The role will focus on technical, product and operational training, ensuring that dealer and service teams have the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent Aftersales service and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and develop training plans for the dealer network and internal Aftersales team.
- Deliver technical and product training covering vehicle systems, EV/PHEV technology, diagnostics, repair procedures and new model launches.
- Provide training on Aftersales processes, warranty, customer complaints, technical support and digital/service systems.
- Organize and deliver classroom, online and on-site training for dealer/service teams.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, manuals and e-learning content.
- Work closely with Technical, Warranty, Customer Service and Aftersales teams to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
- Support dealers with technical and operational questions and identify recurring issues requiring additional training.
- Monitor training participation and effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on dealer feedback and business needs.
- Support the onboarding and development of new Aftersales employees and dealer personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Automotive, Business, Education, L&D or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in automotive Aftersales, technical training, dealer operations or technical support.
- Good understanding of automotive Aftersales operations and EV/PHEV technologies.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- Customer-oriented, proactive and well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to dealer/service locations across Belgium.
- Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.
