As a Sales Associate in our Antwerp store, you will play a key role in our customer experience, assisting customers in exploring our unique product range and finding styles that complement their personal look. In this dynamic environment, you'll need to be highly energetic, detail-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.

What you'll be doing?
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Encourage additional purchases through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing visual merchandising plans and promotional displays.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
- Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Perform regular inventory counts.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
What you'll ideally bring
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail environment preferred.
- Passion for premium or luxury product.
- Able to read customers' needs through their cues and body language.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- A team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 14 kg as part of daily store operations.
Languages
- Fluent Dutch and English required; French and other languages are a plus.
