To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly motivated Investment Analyst with sharp analytical capabilities and strong digital skills.Role DescriptionAs an Investment Analyst, you will be closely involved throughout the entire investment process—from screening new opportunities to monitoring existing portfolio companies. You will perform in-depth financial analyses, track market trends, and support both the Alychlo team and the management teams of our portfolio companies in making strategic decisions. You will make full use of modern AI tools to further enhance analytical depth and efficiency.At Alychlo, you will work in an entrepreneurial environment with short decision lines, where speed, creativity, and ownership are key.What will you do?Monitor portfolio companies and report on financial and operational performance, continuously improving the quality and efficiency of reporting;Conduct (financial) analyses to identify value-creation opportunities and support strategic decision-making;Optimize workflows within Alychlo and across our portfolio companies through smart use of AI and automation tools;Support the assessment of investment opportunities and potential add-on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies;Participate in and execute valuation work, due diligence (both financial and commercial), and sector and market research, including the use of AI tools across these areas.QualificationsA Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent;3 or 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, strategy consulting, or transaction services;Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of financial modelling;Affinity with AI and experience with modern data and analytics tools to increase efficiency and quality;An entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, think critically, and work independently in a highly hands-on way;Strong communication skills and a structured way of working;Passion for business, growth, and value creation.Our offerA highly attractive role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial family office;Direct exposure to a wide range of investment cases;Significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact from day one;A learning culture with opportunities for professional development;Competitive compensation and a inspiring work environment.How to apply?Ready to help build the next growth stories within Alychlo?Send your CV and motivation letter to Els Degroote via els.degroote@alychlo.com.
