About the challenge
Als Sales Manager speel je een sleutelrol in de groei en professionalisering van onze saleswerking. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de organisatie en een overkoepelende rol op te nemen in de verdere ontwikkeling van onze commerciële aanpak. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en je weet hoe je duurzame klantrelaties opbouwt en uitbreidt.
Met jouw brede netwerk ben je in staat om nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en bestaande relaties verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt nauw samen met ons sales- en marketingteam om onze business te laten groeien en klanten te voorzien van de juiste cyber security-oplossingen.
- Business development: je beheert en ontwikkelt onze klantenportefeuille. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met bestaande klanten en zorgt ervoor dat we top-of-mind blijven voor nieuwe opportuniteiten. Je stelt in overleg met het management ambitieuze targets op en maakt het je persoonlijke doelstelling om deze te realiseren.
- Prospectie & netwerken: je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en genereert kwalitatieve leads. Netwerken geeft je energie, en je spot moeiteloos nieuwe opportuniteiten. Daarom ben je regelmatig te vinden op relevante events om onze groei verder te stimuleren.
- Account management: je zorgt voor een uitstekende klanttevredenheid door lopende projecten op te volgen in samenwerking met engagement managers of lead consultants.
- Sales & partnership management: je stelt op maat gemaakte en kwalitatieve offertes op en coördineert interne acties en samenwerkingen met partners binnen ons ecosysteem. Daarnaast neem je een coachende rol op binnen de organisatie op het gebied van salesvaardigheden en treed je op als mentor zodat anderen zich verder kunnen ontwikkelen in hun commerciële skills.
- Strategische bijdrage: je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de salesprocessen en bepaalt mee de strategische koers voor toekomstige groei.
Requirements
- Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur binnen IT of cyber security.
- Je beschikt over ervaring met solution selling binnen een B2B-context, bij voorkeur in een consultancy omgeving.
- Ervaring als consultant binnen cybersecurity is een sterke plus. Het beschikken over relevante certificaten (zoals CISSP, CISM, ISO implementer) is een meerwaarde.
- Je bent een sterke netwerker met een bewezen trackrecord in business development en account management.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
