As an Internal Communication Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that foster transparency, alignment, and a strong company culture. As a key member of our department called People & Organization, you'll work closely with management, Human Resources, Organization Development and organization-wide cross-functional teams. Your goal is to ensure that every team member is informed, inspired, and connected globally.

Your responsibilities will be:

  1. Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with our company goals
  2. Create impactful messaging strategies for connecting colleagues on a global scale
  3. Create engaging content for internal newsletters, announcements, and company updates
  4. Act as a strategic advisor to management on communication best practices, strategies and formats
  5. Help coordinate internal events, townhalls, and employee engagement activities
  6. Monitor feedback and engagement levels to refine communication strategies
  7. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels
  8. Manage crisis communication strategies when necessary
  9. Research and implement appropriate communication tools and channels

What you bring:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or related role
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong storytelling ability to convey messages effectively
  4. Proficiency with communication tools e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Email communication, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and design tools like Canva, PowerPoint, etc. and video tools
  5. Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels
  6. Ability and eagerness to combine strategic work with operational execution
  7. Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  8. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field (preferred)
