Als Consultant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe klanten. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van onze Cloud oplossing. Daarnaast help jij onze (bestaande) klanten op weg door het geven van klant specifieke trainingen of bij het optimaliseren van het gebruik van onze software. Bij Exact denk je mee en zie je jouw goede ideeën werkelijkheid worden. En waar je carrière eindigt? Dat heb je zelf in de hand. De doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn ongekend. 2.050 ondernemende collega's gingen je al voor. Doe je mee?
Jij kent alle aspecten van een financiële administratie, je vindt het leuk om verder te onderzoeken welke mogelijkheden onze ERP oplossing kan bieden. Dit is voor jou geen probleem door jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Dit maakt jou de ideale sparringpartner voor elke ondernemer.
In deze rol vind je het leuk en interessant om deel uit te maken van een hecht team. Een team dat 2x per maand samenkomt en ideeën uitwisselt waarbij je veel van elkaar kan leren en altijd bezig bent met het verbeteren van onze service. Voor de implementaties wissel je remote werken af met bezoeken op locatie bij onze toffe klanten. Maar het allerbelangrijkste is dat je nog niet uitgeleerd bent en dat je je graag verder wilt ontwikkelen op gebied van onze producten
Jij sluit je aan bij de collega's van het team Delivery SB&A in België. Onderdeel van de afdeling Customer Success. Zij staan bekend om hun grote kennis van het product Exact Online, hun enthousiasme en hun goede samenwerking met klanten en interne collega's. Hulp vragen als het moet en hulp aanbieden als het kan zit in hun DNA. We kennen weinig vooraf uitgestippelde paden, waardoor je veel ruimte krijgt om je eigen weg te kiezen.
Onze collega's van Customer Success bieden ondersteuning bij het inrichten, aanpassen en toepassen van de software. Zij zetten altijd net dat extra stapje voor de klant. Customer Support Professionals, Consultants en Projectmanagers geven samen de beste support aan onze klanten.
