You too can contribute to this inspiring and rewarding mission.Your daily role:As a Compliance Officer (m/f/x), you will join the Compliance Central Office. Under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and in direct contact with the CRO, your mission will be to ensure the integrity and reputation of the company by guaranteeing compliance with regulations and ethical standards.Your main responsibilities will include:Actively collaborating with a network of internal contacts to strengthen the effectiveness of compliance controlsIdentifying and analyzing compliance risks in close cooperation with the Head of ComplianceProviding strategic advice to various departments on compliance-related issuesOverseeing first-line control processes to ensure their effectivenessPlaying an active role in designing action plans and follow-up programs in partnership with internal teamsEnsuring policies are updated based on legal or regulatory developmentsYour profile:We are looking for a passionate professional with at least a first relevant experience, capable of taking on challenges in a dynamic environment.
