Biochemical Analyst

Hobson Prior is seeking a Biochemical Analyst for a 6-month contract in Geel. This position will focus on performing and developing analytical methods to ensure the quality of therapeutic proteins. The successful candidate will work in both non-GMP and cGMP environments, adhering to industry standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct experiments to analyse protein quality.
2. Support the development and improvement of analytical methods.
3. Document findings through reports and protocols.
4. Monitor data trends to ensure method reliability.
5. Maintain and update documentation and knowledge.

Key Skills and Requirements:

1. Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
2. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
3. Experience with analysis techniques like HPLC/UPLC.
4. Comfortable with routine lab work and multitasking.
5. Strong problem-solving and technical writing skills.
6. Knowledgeable in cGMP and able to create action plans.
7. Team player with good communication skills.
8. Flexible, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
