Requirements What do you need to succeed in this position? Master degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years; At least 2 years of experience in Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric; Good knowledge of data lake & lakehouse design; Good knowledge of advanced capabilities of Microsoft Fabric (not just Power BI), and/or Azure Synapse; Good knowledge of relational database systems; Good knowledge of non-relational database systems, including document stores (ex: CosmosDb, MongoDb); Knowledge of Spark notebooks and infrastructure-as-Code and working with version control systems; Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in Cloud based Data Engineering and AI; Certification of one of the following Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate,Azure Cloud Solution Architect; Knowledge of Generative AI Prompting and either RAG or other agentic memory techniques would be considered an asset; Knowledge of Azure Policy,AWS Infrastructure as Code and Machine Learning workflows and services would be considered an asset. Excellent command of the English language.
