Dit toonaangevend productiebedrijf gelegen in regio Brugge is internationaal actief binnen de voedingssector en staat bekend omwille van hun kwaliteit en klantgerichtheid. Functieomschrijving: Als Junior Productieplanner kom je terecht in een uitdagende omgeving en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de planning van verpakkings- en menglijnen. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: Opstellen van een 3-weken-plan samen met je collega-planner en vertalen naar een gedetailleerde korte-termijnplanning. Optimaliseren van verpakkingscapaciteit en tijdig ingrijpen bij bottlenecks. Onderhouden en verbeteren van MRP-parameters zoals veiligheidsvoorraad en batch sizes. Voorbereiden van werkorders en dagplanningen inclusief documentatie. Opvolgen van inpakorders in ERP/MES en proactief bijsturen bij tekorten. Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en deze vertalen naar de praktijk. Kandidaatprofiel: Om bovenstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden succesvol uit te oefenen, beschik je als Junior Productieplanner over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring in planning/scheduling. Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt. Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast heb je een analytische ingesteldheid en een hands-on mentaliteit. Tot slot ben je ook een stressbestendige, flexibele teamplayer met sterke probleemoplossende skills.
