Ben jij technisch onderlegd, een natuurlijke leider én klaar om de infrastructuurwerking van een organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Dan is deze rol als IT Infrastructure Lead jou op het lijf geschreven.

In deze functie neem je de leiding over de IT-infrastructuur en supportwerking. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van systemen, begeleidt een team van interne medewerkers, en stuurt verbetertrajecten aan rond technologie, processen en samenwerking. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met infrastructuur, performantie en service te maken heeft.

Samen met andere teams zorg je voor een stabiele, veilige en toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving. Je werkt actief mee aan projecten, coördineert implementaties en ondersteunt gebruikers bij technische uitdagingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je leidt het infrastructuurteam in goede banen en zorgt voor een duidelijke structuur, opvolging en ondersteuning in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan een stabiele en veilige IT-omgeving waarin servers, netwerken, cloudoplossingen en andere infrastructuurcomponenten betrouwbaar blijven draaien.
  • Coördinatie van technische projecten behoort tot je kernopdrachten: van voorbereiding en afstemming tot oplevering en opvolging.
  • Je bewaakt de continuïteit van de systemen en grijpt proactief in bij risico's, incidenten of knelpunten.
  • Samen met interne stakeholders breng je noden in kaart en werk je voorstellen uit om de werking te verbeteren.
  • Je neemt initiatieven om processen en documentatie te optimaliseren, en introduceert waar nodig nieuwe tools of methodes.
  • Naast het team ben je ook een aanspreekpunt voor de bredere organisatie en zorg je voor heldere communicatie over IT-gerelateerde zaken.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige IT-rol met coördinerende verantwoordelijkheden
  • Sterke kennis van Microsoft-technologieën (Windows, AD, M365, Azure) en virtualisatie
  • Ervaring met projectmatige werkvormen, bij voorkeur Agile of Scrum
  • Bachelor in een IT- of technische richting
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht, nauwkeurig en denkt graag mee op strategisch niveau
