Functie: Business & Data Analyst Locatie: Brussel – hybride werken Over de functie Voor een nationale organisatie die meer dan 14.000 leden in de bouwsector vertegenwoordigt, zijn we op zoek naar een Business & Data Analyst met financiële expertise. Deze organisatie ondersteunt haar leden op het vlak van fiscaliteit, digitalisering, duurzaamheid, veiligheid, opleiding en innovatie, en is volop bezig met een digitale en financiële transformatie. Je komt terecht in een Finance-team bestaande uit een Finance Manager, hoofdboekhouder en drie boekhouders, waar je een brugfunctie vervult tussen Finance en IT en mee bouwt aan geïntegreerde systemen en efficiëntere processen. Jouw rol Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van de migratie van het huidige ERP-systeem naar een nieuw boekhoudsysteem, inclusief behoefteanalyse, procesmapping en definiëren van toekomstige workflows Harmoniseren en structureren van financiële datastromen tussen verschillende systemen (ERP, CRM, boekhouding) Ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages die de transparantie en besluitvorming versterken Analyseren van ledenbijdragen en bijdragen aan een efficiënter ledenbeheersysteem Fungeren als brug tussen Finance en IT, en coördineren met externe partners Evalueren van nieuwe tools en processen om digitalisering en efficiëntie te verhogen Ondersteunen van het management bij beslissingen door financiële en data-analyses inzichtelijk te maken Wie jij bent Masterdiploma in accountancy, handelsingenieur, toegepaste informatica of gelijkwaardig Minimaal 5 à 10 jaar ervaring in een functie die financiële processen en data-analyse combineert Tweetalig Nederlands – Frans Ervaring met ERP- en rapportagetools (bij voorkeur Odoo, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, SQL, Excel) Analytisch sterk, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht Hands-on mentaliteit met passie voor procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en vaardig in stakeholdermanagement Autonoom én collegiaal: je werkt graag in teamverband maar kan zelfstandig projecten trekken Interesse in AI en data-gedreven besluitvorming Wat wij bieden Aantrekkelijk loon afhankelijk van ervaring Bedrijfswagen mogelijk Maaltijdcheques Verzekeringen Telewerkvergoeding Cafetariaplan 32 verlofdagen + extra verlof tussen Kerst & Nieuw Moderne werkplek in hartje Brussel met parking voor fiets of wagen Uitdagende functie met strategische impact en ruimte voor eigen initiatief Permanente opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden Meer informatie / interesse? lander@gblstaffing.com | +32 456 59 95 25
