As an integrator, it links design offices to on-site construction, while placing People, Technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the heart of its projects.Our revenue have more than tripled in the past three years.Are you ready to lead complex EPC projects in the industrial sector ?We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will take full responsibility for delivering high-value projects from concept to commissioning.About the Role :As Project Manager EPC, you will be the driving force behind projects that combine engineering excellence, procurement strategy, and construction execution. Your mission: deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and act as the primary interface with the client, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle.Your Key Responsibilities :Full Project Ownership: Lead EPC projects from design to commissioning, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and contractual objectives.Strategic Planning: Define project schedules, milestones, and critical paths using advanced planning tools (MS Project or equivalent).Financial Leadership: Build and monitor budgets, control costs, manage cash flow, and validate claims and variations.Contract Management: Analyze and negotiate contracts, handle claims, and ensure compliance with legal and client requirements.Client Engagement: Conduct project meetings, present KPIs, and maintain strong, solution-oriented relationships.Technical Oversight: Supervise piping and industrial installations, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and anticipating technical risks.What We're Looking For :Education: Industrial or Civil Engineer (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Process, or similar).Experience: 8–15 years in EPC project management within industry, energy, or Oil & Gas.Expertise: Proven track record in piping projects, financial management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.Skills: Leadership, decision-making under pressure, client-focused mindset, and excellent communication.Languages: Professional proficiency in French & English (C1).Why Join Us?Be part of a leading EPC company driving innovation in industrial projects.Work on high-impact projects that shape the future of industrial infrastructure.Collaborate with expert teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Ready to take on this challenge?
