We develop market-leading concepts.The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Cologne (Germany).We currently are selecting for a project in automotive located in Ghent a Senior shift Leader:FunctionsOversee multiple shifts, ensuring alignment to project targets and Formel D standards.Manage shift transitions and briefings, ensuring continuity of information.Review and approve daily performance, incident, and quality reports.Liaise with Project Manager, Admin, and Customer Quality contacts to review status and escalations.Ensure sufficient manpower and skill levels across shifts, plan coverage for absences or peaksSupport customer visits, audits, and reviews by preparing accurate operational data.Lead problem-solving sessions for recurring quality or process issuesApprove training, competency signoffs, and requalification for new tasks.Champion continuous improvement and support the implementation of Q-Drive and Lean initiatives.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of leadership experience in quality or production operations.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Deep understanding of automotive quality standards and customer expectations.Skilled in conflict resolution, planning, and resource optimization.Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, quality reporting systems)..Languages: Dutch / English.Valid driver’s license and car.Availability for 3-shift rotation.What we offer?Opportunity to join a leading multinational company in its sector.Full-time working hours.Employee benefits.Salary based on experience.
