Fluxys is een internationale energieinfrastructuurgroep met 1.300 personeelsleden actief in gasvervoer en -opslag en terminalling van vloeibaar aardgas.

Voor het departement Commercial op onze maatschappelijke zetel in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Support Medewerker (m/v).
Je job :
- Als lid van het Sales Support team sta je in voor de opvolging van de aanvragen en contracten voor de transmissie- , opslag- en LNG-terminalling activiteiten, je begeleidt de potentiële klant doorheen het ganse "due diligence"-proces om effectief klant te worden. Samen met je rechtstreekse collega's ben je het contactpunt van onze klanten - internationale ondernemingen op de Belgische gasmarkt -, maak je hen wegwijs in onze verschillende producten en zie je erop toe dat zij steeds de beste dienstverlening genieten
- Je zorgt voor een foutloze communicatie, zowel digitaal als schriftelijk en mondeling naar onze klanten. Je zorgt mee voor de updates, en het onderhoud van de rubrieken op onze commerciële website en je coördineert dit met de andere commerciële teams in buitenlandse Fluxys entiteiten
- Je draagt bij tot het constant verbeteren van onze klantenkennis, waarbij je de key accountmanagers ondersteunt in hun voorbereiding van vergaderingen met onze klanten door relevante informatie over onze klanten en prospecten te verzamelen en door nadien de registratie en de opvolging te doen van de verschillende actiepunten. Je organiseert mee de evenementen waarop we onze klanten ontmoeten
- Als key user van een aantal business applicaties waarvoor je de expert wordt werk je mee aan de implementatie van nieuwe services en functionaliteiten gevraagd door onze klanten. Je beschrijft business cases en testscenario's zodat IT op basis van je input dit in de verschillende applicaties kan ontwikkelen en voert deze testscenario's ook uit. Je onderzoekt waarom bepaalde resultaten niet overeenkomen met je testscenario's en maakt de nodige verbetervoorstellen
Je profiel :
- Je bent Bachelor (A1) bij voorkeur in Marketing of Communicatie
- Je bent een teamplayer die nauwkeurig en efficiënt met cijfers werkt
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld, communiceert vlot, hebt talent voor het schrijven van heldere teksten (ook voor het internet), contactvaardig en hebt organisatietalent
- Je bent leergierig, je wil een grondige kennis van onze marktwerking verwerven, bent flexibel en schrikt er niet voor terug initiatief te nemen
- Je bent goed tweetaling en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels
- Je kent en begrijpt de digitale wereld en staat open voor het permanent opvolgen van de digitale evolutie
- Je werkt vlot met het MS Office pakket. Kennis van webcontentmanagement tools (zoals Sitecore) of customer relationship management tools (Dynamics 365) is een pluspunt
