Our client is a rapidly expanding real estate company involved in the development, renovation, and management of innovative building projects. To support its continuous growth, the company is looking to strengthen its technical team with a skilled Construction Engineer who will oversee projects from concept to completion.Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Construction Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and technical follow-up of real estate projects. Your tasks will include:Participating in the technical definition of projects (preliminary studies, feasibility assessments, construction choices).Coordinating internal teams, engineering firms, architects, and contractors.Monitoring site progress: planning, quality control, and cost management.Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry norms.Reviewing technical offers and negotiating with suppliers and service providers.Contributing to the technical or energy-related aspects of buildings (depending on profile: electromechanics, energy, construction…).Preparing clear and regular progress reports for project management.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (Construction, Electromechanics, Energy, or equivalent).Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within real estate development, general contracting, or engineering firms.Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with various stakeholders.Proven skills in site coordination, technical analysis, and project monitoring.Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.Fluent in English and Dutch. French is a strong asset.Proficient with project management tools and technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM… depending on expertise).
