Project Manager Fiber Network

In short, you will be responsible for the team,budget, planning through to the end result.
Whatexactly does this Project Manager jobentail?
- You establish a team for theconstruction of the fibre network and provide the coordination ofthis team.
- Together with the team, you areresponsible for the construction of a fibre ('Fiber to the home')network. You take care of the day-to-day management in terms ofstaffing, planning and follow-up.
- You managethe budget and are responsible for theP&L.
- You report the progress and problemsto the operations manager.
- You take thenecessary actions to achieve theobjectives.
- You play an important role instakeholder management.
- You maintain contact inan open and constructive way with the various stakeholders, bothwithin the organization, the client and thecities.
- You are the general point of contactfor the city and for the various parties internally andexternally.
- You maintain a helicopteroverview.
- You measure and report the KPIsapplicable to this project.
- You also bear finalresponsibility for the delivered quality of the works and thedocumentation of test reports andas-builts.
AsProject Manager Fiber Network, we are looking for someone with thefollowing skills:
- You have strong peoplemanagement skills who is able to motivate and lead ateam.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevantwork experience in project management/a leadershiprole.
- Your experience is built in constructionor fibre work.
- You have conviction andnegotiation skills to work with variousstakeholders.
- You have experience in financialmanagement and budget management.
- You arealways cost-conscious and have an eye for efficiency andquality.
- You can deal with a diverse group ofstakeholders (city councils, police services, residents, theclient).
- You are fluent in the use of variousreporting tools and software (e.g. PowerBi, Excel,etc.).
- Ideally, you have a strong knowledge ofFrench or Dutch.
