We've been mandated by a leading engineering consultancy specializing in the design and construction of cleanrooms and controlled environments for the pharmaceutical, biotech, microelectronics, and industrial sectors.From concept design to project execution and commissioning, the company delivers high-quality, compliant, and efficient solutions tailored to each client's technical and regulatory needs.The RoleAs a Project Engineer / Project Manager, you will play a key coordinating role between internal engineering teams, clients, and external contractors. You'll be responsible for managing industrial construction and installation modification projects from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of project delivery: planning, budgeting, resourcing, and execution.Coordinate internal technical disciplines (HVAC, electrical, process, architecture, etc.) and subcontractors.Oversee on-site activities in Belgium and abroad, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular project updates.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GMP, ISO, etc.) and internal quality procedures.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and technical processes.ProfileEngineering degree (mechanical, electromechanical, process, construction, or equivalent).Min. 5 years of experience in project management within an industrial or construction environment, ideally involving factory construction, retrofit, or cleanroom projects.Fluent in Dutch and French (bilingual proficiency required); English is a strong asset.Solid experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for international projects.A proactive mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.What's on OfferA comprehensive onboarding and technical training delivered directly by the CEO.An attractive remuneration package, including a company car, fuel card, insurance, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, year end bonuses and additional benefits.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering projects with high technical complexity.A dynamic and human-centered company culture where initiative and growth are encouraged.
