Functieomschrijving Als Product manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van korte - en lange termijnstrategieën. Jouw takenpakket: Vertaling naar actie: je zet strategische doelstellingen om in concrete productvoordelen; Klantgericht werken: je stuurt actief op het verbeteren van de customer experience; Marktanalyse en validatie: je voert marktonderzoek uit om de haalbaarheid van nieuwe producten of features te bepalen; Helpt beslissen in welke vorm deze worden gelanceerd; Commerciële focus : je bepaalt mee de verkoopstrategie voor een succesvolle lancering; Je werkt mee aan het vastleggen van het pricingmodel; Roadmap en structuur: je ontwerpt en bewaakt de productroadmap, gebaseerd op jouw visie. Functie-eisen Naar wie is onze klant opzoek? Iemand die in het bezit is van een masterdiploma en een sterke interesse in digitale producten en diensten; Affiniteit met B2B-marketing, go-to-marketstrategieën en klantgerichte denkkaders zoals de customer journey; Bekend met Agile werkmethodieken en comfortabel in een snel veranderende werkomgeving; Stressvolle situaties worden met kalmte en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak benaderd; Werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, met een scherp oog voor detail; Drukt zich helder en vlot uit in het Nederlands , zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving Dankzij de jarenlange ervaring van onze klant en hun hypermodern machinepark is onze klant een echte expert in het verwerken van bedrijfspost en het optimaliseren van alle soorten communicatie. Bedrijven uit verschillende sectoren kunnen beroep doen op zowel de logistieke als digitale oplossingen/diensten om zo hun uitgaande poststromen te optimaliseren. Bedrijven die beroep doen op de diensten van onze klant kunnen zich zorgeloos blijven focussen op wat voor hun echt telt.
